    This was bought as a receiver for another plane to keep from changing back & forth from one plane to another. I have been flying the orginal receiver that came with the radio for well over a year & well over 200 total flights with no issues of any kind. See no reason why this new recever should not last for years. I fly all electric now. I plug my ESC into the #3 throttle position & everything works. This receiver is small like what micro or mini receivers used to be like but has a range where I can fly as far out as I can see the plane.

    I ordered an RX500 receiver but failed to notice it was on back order. I received a call from customer service to advise me it was on back order. The service rep (Tad, I think), assisted me with finding an in-stock alternative and explained how to pay the difference using Pay Pal. I received the order promptly. I really appreciated the courtesy call so that I was not left hanging waiting on a back ordered item.
