The Megatech Nitro Wicked Angel 2's modified V hull design features multiple planing strakes for breaking up water surface tension, the biggest drag-causing factor on any race boat. The Wicked Angel's planing strakes are placed at several points on the hull's bottom to defeat this speed-robbing phenomenon. As a result - this boat literally flies over the water's surface.
