Got my Spy Hawk today and this is my first transaction with RC Hobby Explosion. Glad I found them! They are tops in customer service - Shipping/ merchandise - 5-star. Now let's try not to crash this lovely little bird.

Outstanding customer service from RC hobby!
I had to call them concerning my address on the order, the representative was very helpful and got the information correct the first time. AND he was in Texas, not India!. A week later I got a call from a second rep, who was inquiring about the address change to make sure it was correct. Then I got a call a third time to advise me that my spy hawk was shipping!!!
Do business with these folks, I know I will again

I had seen these were on backorder, so when I saw they were almost here (web site had constant update), I ordered. About 4 days later it arrived. Great service, great company.

The Spy Hawk Deluxe is one of a kind RTF FPV plane that is simple to fly. Customer service was outstanding, I received a call from them directly letting me know when the product was going to ship. Excellent!
